Warranty Policy

All products have a one year replacement/repair warranty for manufacturing defects, this excludes normal wear and tear.
To process a warranty claim:
1) Click the contact button at the bottom, or email us at, support@aapporto.com and include your details.
2) Include the approximate date of your original purchase, the buyers name, and prior/current ship to address.
3) Email a detail photo of the defective part, using your cell phone photo is good enough.
4) If the product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including insurance.
5) After we receive, we will repair or replace the item with the same or comparable product.
