Our Promise to You

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but just in case you don’t, our policy is simple.
You may return merchandise within 30 days and receive a full refund on the price you paid (shipping charges are not refundable). This applies to purchases from, if you purchased our product from, or another retailer, they will process your return, contact Amazon, or the other retailer, for their directions on how your return is to be processed.

All returned or exchanged items must be unused and undamaged, with tags attached. Returned items must include a note with the original order number, approximate order date, reason for return, and please indicate if you are requesting a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, plus insurance. Buyer returns (or exchanges) are to be shipped prepaid, any returns or exchanges shipped "collect" to seller, Aapporto, will not be accepted.

When your package is received, a refund or exchange credit will be applied to your account based on our return policy, and you will receive an email when the return is completed.
