Raspberries are one of my favorites! I enjoy them on top of my cereal, plus I often combine them with strawberries and blueberries as well. After doing some research, I was surprised at the health benefits.

There is concern that this news about the benefits of raspberries could increase demand, and prices could increase. Hopefully, if that happens, they'll also increase production.
